Shipping Time Frames

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours following receipt of payment for the order. Our warehouse business hours are Monday – Friday 9-4CST. Except for national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for up to 10 business days or less. These times may vary depending on your location and carrier.  

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for up to 21 days or less. These items may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. We offer 2-3 day shipping with DHL and 7-21 day shipping with USPS. USPS International Shipments can take longer than 21 days in certain countries.

Modifying Orders

We are not able to modify an order once they are processed. If you need to modify an order and you have not received a tracking number, please contact customer service here Contact Form.

We cannot accept any requests to swap out or add any additional items placed in the notes section of your order.

Items Missing from your order

If you are missing something from your order, please contact Customer Support right away. Please have your packing slip, and items received accessible as we may request photo evidence to assist you.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If you have not received delivery within the shipping timeframe you selected or if it shows delivered and you have not received it within 48 hours after getting the delivery confirmation, please reach out to customer service

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS FROM USA

DynaVap does ship internationally, with a few exceptions. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Duties and Taxes are Calculated based on your order total and shipping destination and cannot be adjusted. You pay these fees at checkout so there are no additional costs upon delivery. To know what the fees will cost you beforehand, add items to your cart, before checking out, for an estimate.

NOTICE

Please check your local laws and import regulations before purchasing to make certain you are legally able to import the products your purchase into your country. These laws and regulations are constantly changing.

Countries DynaVap does not ship Retail Orders to: 

Russia, Serbia, Brazil, Mexico, India, Turkey, Thailand, Venezuela, Colombia, Hong Kong

Temporary Countries we are not shipping Retail Orders to:

Ukraine, Belarus

CARRIERS

Domestic (USA) shipments typically ship via USPS or UPS.

International shipments typically ship via DHL or USPS.

For any orders being delivered through a freight forwarding service, we are not responsible for any delivery issues that may occur.  A Refund will not be issued.

DHL International Shipments: You must prepay duties & taxes during checkout.

USPS International Shipments: While this shipping option provides great value, this option does NOT include prepayment for duties or taxes. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR DUTIES AND TAXES BY THE CARRIER UPON DELIVERY.  Additionally, you can expect much longer transit time for delivery (e.g., 7-21 days).  We strongly recommend our customers purchase package protection to cover any risk of loss or damage.

**International orders that are refused by a customer at Customs will only be refunded if the product is returned to DynaVap in its original condition. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.** 

PACKAGE PROTECTION

With our Package Protection, there’s no need to wait weeks (or longer) for claims to be processed by shipping carriers. For only ~3.5% of the package value, protect 100% of your parcel and receive a replacement as soon as we receive your claim.

WHAT WE DEEM AS LOST OR STOLEN:

The carrier status states "delivered", but you have not received it. Depending on where you live, we ask that you allow up to 10 business days for United States domestic shipments (15 days for international shipments, including Canada) for your parcel to be delivered. 

Sometimes the carrier prematurely marks your package as delivered and tries a redelivery, please allow 48 hours before contacting Customer Support. 

WHAT WE DEEM AS DAMAGED GOODS:

Items arrive damaged in transit - the product is dented, scratched, or contains a broken element. This does not include product packaging. Some of your order is missing due to the package opening and being lost in transit. If your product is damaged, you have seven (7) days from the confirmed delivery date to report damage with photographic evidence.

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:

Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you. Delays in transit, are the responsibility of carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. Orders marked as unfulfilled or unshipped may be due to inventory issues or order delays. Orders stuck in customs - we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with your courier and pay the required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees and these will be deducted from your refund.
