Welcome to the DynaVerse! If you're new to DynaVap, we're here to help. 

DynaVap is a vaporizer that doesn't require a battery; instead, it's heated with a torch or induction heater. If you already have one of these, great! If not, we recommend getting one to use with your device.

Before using your device, please read these instructions carefully. When you receive your package, please examine it to make sure everything is in satisfactory condition. If you have any damaged or unsatisfactory items, please contact us at customer support so we can fix the issue. If you're no longer interested in an item, you can submit a return request through our self-serve page.

All of our M and B devices come with a snap stash, while the Omni and VonG(i) devices come with a wooden DynaStash. Our devices have interchangeable parts, so you can mix and match tips and stems. While different models may require additional or fewer components, the core parts of every DynaVap device remain consistent.

STEP 1: Inspecting Your Device: A Comprehensive Checklist

Please follow these instructions to inspect your device thoroughly. It is essential to carefully examine each component to familiarize yourself with your device and identify any potential issues. Here is a list of things to check:

1. Does your device have a cap?
- Is the cap undamaged and free from dents?
- Note: Some caps may have dark edges due to the laser cutting technique. Please refer to the accompanying clip for more information.

2. Look into the tip:
- Is there a CCD in place?

3. Remove the tip:
- Check if the high-temperature o-rings are correctly positioned and fully intact.
- Please note that the B model does not require o-rings on the tip.

4. Look into the stem:
- Can you see a condenser inside?

5. Disassemble and reassemble the device:
- This step ensures easy assembly and disassembly in the future.

6. Inspect the entire device:
- Look for any manufacturing issues that need attention and require proper care.

By following these steps and paying attention to the details mentioned, you can thoroughly inspect your device and ensure its proper functionality.

STEP 2: Cleaning Your Device

Note: While we clean our devices, it's important to consider the following:

- Our devices and parts are small, and machining oils can get trapped, resulting in residue.

- All our devices are hand-assembled, and we use DynaWax to facilitate smoother assembly. Therefore, some residue may be present on the device.

After inspecting your device, it is crucial to clean it thoroughly before use. Follow these steps to ensure proper cleaning:

1. Wash your device:
- You have the option to either take it apart or leave it assembled.
- To wash your device, you can use one of the following methods:
a. Run it under hot water with dish soap.
b. Give it a quick bath in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and rinse with water.
c. Place it in the dishwasher (excluding BB and other glass stems). DynaVap devices are dishwasher safe.
- Important: The cap is not dishwasher safe. Do not soak or submerge the cap in any cleaning solution or water.

2. Caution when disassembling:
- If you choose to take your device apart completely, exercise caution. the CCD and o-rings are small and can be easily lost if not handled carefully.
- If you notice difficulty during disassembly, try a twist and pull motion. If you still cannot take it apart, please contact customer support for assistance. 

3. Cleaning the cap:
- To clean the cap, use a q-tip dipped in isopropyl alcohol solution or water.
- Swab the inside of the cap thoroughly to remove any residue.

4. Ensure complete drying:
- Allow your device to dry completely before using it.

5. Reassemble your device:
- If you notice difficulty during reassembly, try using some lubricant to slide the parts together, like our DynaWax. Any nontoxic, non-flammable, food grade lubricant should do just fine. 

STEP 3: Testing Your Cap

Before using your device, it is important to test the functionality of your cap. Follow these steps:

1. Dry run:
- Perform a dry run to ensure your cap is functioning correctly.
- Do not pack the tip and heat the cap until you hear a click.

STEP 4: Cap Fitment Test

Test the fitment of your cap on the device by following these steps:

1. Place the cap on your device.
2. Give your device a shake.
3. Does the cap slide off easily?
- If your cap is loose and slides off easily, refrain from using the device until making the following adjustments.

- If the cap is too loose or tight, make the necessary adjustments using the following steps.
- If these adjustments do not resolve the issue or if you're experiencing this problem with the Armored cap (due to the thickness of the material), please contact customer support for assistance.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your cap is functioning properly and fits securely on your device to avoid any injury or burning.

Our DynaStashs provide a magnet on them as a cooling station for your DynaVap to rest on and to be able to remove the cap with our injury. If you notice your cap has gotten stuck on your tip and cannot be removed, please let us know. 

After you have cleaned your device and tested your cap and everything seems to be functioning as it should, off to the races!

About the Tip 

  • The tip is the piece where you would pack your product. 
  • There are multiple types of tips. All tips are compatible with all of our devices. 
  • The first original and standard type is our 5-fin stainless steel tip.
  • All tips require a CCD.
  • Most of our tips have an adjust-a-bowl feature.
  • All tips except the new "B" tip need o-rings. (The B Tip can be used with the B Stem without o-rings. All other stems, the B Tip needs o-rings.)

About the Cap

  • The cap is an important part of your device.
  • This piece signals you when the heat has hit the perfect temperature for vaporization.
  • All of the caps are made of stainless steel.
  • When the cap is at the temperature, you should hear the two metal discs in the cap snap together to make a clicking noise.
  • The cap is what goes over the tip and is the part you heat up.  

About the Condenser 

  • The condenser is the center tube that runs from the tip to the mouthpiece.
  • The condenser is what channels the vapor through the device to ensure quality hits.
  • All of the condensers are titanium.
  • There are two sizes of condensers, standard, and XL.
  • The standard size is compatible with our M and VonG. XL condenser fits the Omni or the "B". 
  • All devices require o-rings on their condensers except for the "B". 
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you want to make your M or VonG longer, you can use an XL condenser and mouthpiece kit to give it more length. Here is a short clip demonstrating how to make your M an XL.

About the Stem (midsection)

  • The stem is the body of the device
  • Stems are interchangeable if compatible with our tips
  • The M stem is made of stainless steel
  • The M stem is tapered with a 10mm mouthpiece so that it can be used with a  10mm female water pipe
  • The M stem will fit the standard condenser and the XL condenser with an additional mouthpiece
  • The Omni stem fits the XL condenser
  • The Omni stem is made of titanium
  • The Omni stem included airflow holes for a manual control option
  • The VonG(i) stem is made of titanium
  • The VonG stem includes an airflow hole for a manual control option and an interchangeable titanium sleeve with smooth rotation for easy-to-control airflow
  • The VonG(i) mouthpiece side of the stem will fit 10mm and 14mm water pieces.
  • The BB stems are made from borosilicate glass
  • The "B" stem is made out of silicone
  • The WoodWynd stem is made of wood and titanium

About the O-rings

  • There are 2 types of o-rings. Most of the devices require
  • The condenser o-rings come with one slightly larger ring for the center of the condenser. 
  • Moisturize the o-rings regularly to extend the longevity of their life.
  • The O-rings are the pieces that hold the condenser in place. 
  • It is not recommended to soak your device in iso with the o-rings still on.
  • The o-rings are made of Viton Rubber

About the CCDs 

  • The CCDs are the "screens" or "filters" that come preloaded in our tips.
  • There are two types of CCDs, titanium and stainless.
  • CCDs are needed to help prevent the product from being sucked through. 
  • All of our devices use a CCD.
  • CCDs will need replacing over time of continual use.
Each device is made up of: 

1. Cap
2. Tip
3. Midsection
4. Condenser
with some having a 
5. Mouthpiece.

Each model weighs less than half an ounce. Standard length VapCaps are 92mm overall length, with XL models at 109mm for overall length. Our devices are modular, meaning you can mix and match parts to build your perfect experience!

Our signature designed DynaVap Caps are engineered to “click” when heated to the ideal vaping temperature and feature the multitasking digger-outer tip.

Note:  Inside the crimped end of the cap are two discs that click together to create the sound.  Sometimes the Cap will click once or twice during heat up and cool down. This is completely normal.

The Captive Cap

  • Our signature OG cap
  • Engineered to 'click' when heated to the ideal temperature ~240°C +/- 10°C
  • Features multitasking digger-outer tip
  • Compatible with all devices

The Armored Cap 

  • Higher mass for longer and further extraction
  • Captive Indents to help keep the cap on during use (fits a bit tighter due to the mass)
  • Heating references on the cap to help indicate where to heat for optimal performance
  • Will fit in DynaStashes but Induction Heater compatibility may vary due to the size of the cap

Please Note: The Armored Cap retains heat for an extended period of time and has therefore been designed with a tighter fit on your VapCap tip to reduce the likelihood that it will fall off during use. As a result, the Armored Cap may scratch certain titanium and PVD colored tips and caution should be used in the placement and removal of the Armored Cap from your device. Scratches are normal and do not affect the performance of our tips or present a health risk.

All Caps can be adjusted to your level of snugness with a quick squeeze.

The tip is the extraction chamber where you put your choice of product. We offer many different types of tips that are cross-compatible with all devices. Tips come in Stainless Steel or Titanium for different experiences. 

All Tips (except the B) have an adjust-a-bowl feature. Allowing you to reduce the extraction chamber to suit your needs. The B tip is only a half bowl chamber for easy micro-dosing.

Stainless Steel B Tip

The "B" tip is a new style of Stainless Steel Tip, featuring our first single-fin design for quick and simple extraction. The Tip chamber is optimized for extraction efficiency. Half-Bowl design for easy micro-dosing. 

Stainless Steel M Tip

The 2021 Stainless Steel Tip - a Septa serrated fully faceted extraction chamber that functions as a built-in grinder sits atop an incremental fin design to help further cool the vapor. 

Stainless Steel M Plus Tip 

First finless tip with heat indication markers, designed to provide faster heat up. The tip is 15% larger by volume compared to the previous 2021 "M" model. Capable of near-complete extractions in a single heat cycle.

Titanium Tip

Our signature Titanium Tip features 5 fins for effective control of heat distribution and 3 helical heat exchange channels for improved airflow. 

Omni Titanium Tip

The Omni Tip - A Nona notched completely contoured extraction chamber that doubles as a built-in grinder sits atop a trisected 9 fin profile allowing for faster heat exchange.

VonG Titanium Tip

The VonG Tip - A Nona notched completely contoured extraction chamber that doubles as a built-in grinder sits atop a trisected 5 fin profile allowing for faster heat exchange.

Note: Stainless steel tips include stainless steel CCDS, & titanium tips include titanium CCDS.

The SlingStash

Introducing the innovative SlingStash by DynaVap, designed for convenient on-the-go usage and secure storage. Crafted from precision-machined aluminum tubing, the SlingStash boasts an ingenious overlapping silicone sling that prevents dirt and debris infiltration. This sleek solution accommodates standard-length devices (92mm) snugly and without rattling. 

The integrated silicone-molded decapper enhances usability, enabling effortless one-handed device operation. Notably, the silicone cup is removable, catering to XL devices up to 108mm, except BB6 and BB9 models, while being optimized for The "B". 

This accessory showcases a robust combination of aluminum and silicone, securing devices odor-tight and allowing personalized device and material arrangement. Choose between Black or Green Sling options. 

Additionally, while the Armored cap harmonizes with the SlingStash and its integrated decapper, prudent cooling time is advised before decapping due to the cap's added mass and heat.

Our VonG, B and M devices are compatible with a 10mm bong without an adapter needed. 

The VonG and B devices are tapered to fit a 14mm bong without an adapter needed. 

For the units to fit in a 14mm bong, you need the fat mouthpiece adapter. 

The black rubber Fat Mouthpiece serves as an optional mouthpiece for many of our devices. In addition, the Fat Mouthpiece serves as a 14mm adaptor to create a seal for a female coupling or water pipe adaptor (WPA). The Fat Mouthpiece will not fit in any DynaStash or SlimStash.

How to Use

We recommend that you use a butane torch lighter for optimal results. To ensure even heating, apply the heat to the cap, away from the end, and rotate the device steadily until you hear/feel a click. Directly heating the end of the cap will cause it to click prematurely, causing reduced vaporization.

DO NOT apply heat past the click.
Overheating will premenantley damage the cap.

With a torch lighter and a titanium tip, the typical heat-up phase takes 3-6 seconds and remains at vapor production temperature until the cool-down click about 30 seconds later. After the cool-down click, it is safe to begin another heating cycle. When using a soft flame lighter, the heat-up phase takes about 15 seconds. The stainless steel tip requires a longer heat-up time than the titanium tip.

Here is how to loosen your cap if it is too snug or how to tighten your cap if it continually falls off.

To allow for the tolerances of the different tips, the caps can be adjusted to your level of snugness with a quick squeeze. 

All you need to do is squeeze the cap between your thumb and index finger. When you are done, the cap should be somewhat oblong. You may need to squeeze for 5-10 seconds. If this doesn't help to resolve your issue please contact Customer Support.

VIDEO: How to Use the Wand by Ispire with DynaVap Vaporizers

Tip: The Wand can be used with or without the DynaVap Glass adapter (sold separately). Please check out the DynaVap Wand Adaptor to learn more.

The adapter provides a hands-free experience. If you want to use the Wand as a tabletop device then the adapter would be the accessory for you. The adapter holds the devices straight up and down without holding your DynaVap in the heating chamber during a session.

The Wand combined with borosilicate glass, creates a safe and easy experience by eliminating the need for a torch by a induction heating method.

How to Clean

To clean your device we suggest any cleaning solution of your choice, Isopropyl alcohol or just hot water and soap. 

Let your device sit in the cleaning solution for a few hours and make sure to rinse it thoroughly with hot water. Use a cotton swab or pipe cleaners to help remove any additional buildup left in the device.

REMEMBER: DO NOT SOAK YOUR CAP OR ANY WOOD PARTS

TIPS:

  • The more frequently you clean your device the easier it will be to clean. 
  • A clean device provides better taste
  • If parts are hard to take apart run the device under hot water and use a twist and pull motion to pull pieces apart.
  • Use a cotton swab to clean the inside of the cap.
  • You do not need to remove the CCDs for cleaning, that is optional.
  • Isopropyl alcohol can dry out the o-rings, remove rings before cleaning or use Dynawax to keep the rings moisturized to extend their life. 
  • All Metal Devices are dishwasher safe.

Cleaning with alcohol or other flammable liquids is not recommended. Alcohol will not damage any component of the VapCap, even with prolonged soaking, but we do not recommend using it.

Simple Soapy Water should be sufficent.

If your device does not seem to be working correctly, or your cap is not performing like it used to we suggest using a small amount of soapy water or your chosen cleaning solution and a cotton swab to swab out the inside of the cap instead of soaking it. 

We do not suggest soaking your cap in any solution. If you choose to soak it please allow the cap to completely dry before use. We suggest allowing at least 24 hours before using the cap just in case there is still moisture in between the crimped area. 

Heating your cap with moisture in the crimped area could ruin the cap

How to remove Scorch (black soot) from your cap: 

Scorch marks are part of the normal use patina but it can be removed.

There are a couple of ways to remove the scorch marks and soot from the stainless steel cap. 

-Wash the cap with warm water and apply any of the following suggestions: metal polish, steel wool or a baking soda and vinegar mix.

*Cleaning suggestions apply to all caps. If you cleaned your cap and it still does not work properly reach out to customer service, our caps are covered by a limited warranty.

You will need:
Isopropyl Alcohol - the higher % the better
Water tight container
Your dirty DynaCoil

To remove the dirty Dynacoil

  • Remove the tip and cap
  • Set the cap and stem to the side
  • Fill the container with alcohol 
  • Put the tip and coil into the container with liquid
  • give it a good shake and let it sit for a few hours
    after a few hours, the solution should break up the residue 
  • Rinse the tip and coil with warm water
  • Use your digger outer side of your cap to remove the condenser from the stem        The condenser will be the tool to help remove your DynaCoil
  • Slowly insert the condenser into the bottom of your tip with your finger covering the top opening of the tip. 
  • Gently push, if you push too hard you can potentially uncoil the DynaCoil. If the coil is still difficult to remove try soaking it longer. 
  • Once the coil is removed let just the coil soak for a few more hours or until clean.

You will notice some discoloration on the coil, just like any metal you heat up you will notice some patina build-up but this will not affect the performance.

Discoloration on stainless steel surfaces caused by heat can be stubborn, but there are several methods you can try to restore the original appearance. Keep in mind that these methods might not work perfectly for severe discoloration, and it's a good idea to test any cleaning solution on a small, inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire surface. Here are some steps you can take:

1. Baking Soda Paste:

  • Make a paste by mixing baking soda and water.
  • Apply the paste to the discolored area.
  • Gently rub the paste in a circular motion using a soft cloth or sponge.
  • Let the paste sit for a while (around 15-20 minutes).
  • Wipe off the paste and rinse the area with water. Dry with a clean cloth.

2. Vinegar Solution:

  • Mix equal parts of water and white vinegar.
  • Moisten a cloth or sponge with the vinegar solution.
  • Rub the discolored area gently in the direction of the grain of the stainless steel.
  • Rinse the area with water and dry it thoroughly.

3. Commercial Stainless Steel Cleaners:

  • There are various stainless steel cleaners available on the market. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for usage.
  • Many stainless steel cleaners are formulated to remove discoloration and restore shine.

4. Bar Keepers Friend:

  • Bar Keepers Friend is a cleaning product known for its effectiveness on stainless steel.
  • Apply a small amount of Bar Keepers Friend to a damp cloth or sponge.
  • Gently rub the discolored area, following the grain of the stainless steel.
  • Rinse thoroughly and dry.

5. Stainless Steel Polishing Cream:

  • Stainless steel polishing creams are designed to remove stains and discoloration from stainless steel surfaces.
  • Apply a small amount of the polishing cream to a soft cloth.
  • Rub the discolored area in a circular motion.
  • Wipe away the cream and rinse the area with water. Dry thoroughly.

6. Avoid Abrasive Materials!

  • Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or steel wool, as they can scratch the stainless steel surface and make the problem worse.

Remember, patience is key when trying to remove discoloration from stainless steel. It might take a few attempts and some gentle scrubbing to see results. Always follow the care instructions provided by the manufacturer for your specific stainless steel items.

Troubleshooting

Are you having a hard time reassembling your DynaVap after cleaning? 

We offer DynaWax, a beeswax and hemp wax mixture to lubercate the parts of your DynaVap for smoother assembly. 

DynaWax is also what we coat our DynaStashs with. It's great to help extend the life of any wood products!

If you do not have any DynaWax, you can use any nontoxic and nonflammable oil, such as vegetable oil, coconut oil, or mineral oil.

If you continue to have issues assembling your device please reach out to us at customer service. We are happy to help. 

Are you heating your device and you keep combusting? Try the tips below to see if you get better results. 

Heating with a torch:

- If using a torch, heat the cap in a quiet area.

- Listen and feel for the click that indicates proper heating.

- Heat the middle of the cap, not the end, and rotate while heating.

- If more than 6 seconds pass without hearing the click, stop heating and let it cool down.

- Heat your device again and draw after the heat up click to see if you get better results.

Heating with the Ispire Wand (without adapter):

- Adjust where you hold the device in the heating chamber.

- Ensure the cap slightly sticks out the other end of the heating chamber, so heat is not solely focused on the discs.

- If you don't get vapor on the first draw, try priming the tip by heating it until the click and letting it cool without drawing from your device.

- After the cool-down click, heat your device again and draw to see if you get better results.

Using the adapter (if applicable):

- Make the following adjustments to the adapter if you haven't already:

- Remove the silicone glove from the glass cup.

- From the top of the device, with the screen and buttons facing up, insert the glass cup. It should easily drop into the chamber and slide into the glove.  

- Insert the silicone glove from the bottom into the heating chamber. 

This adjustment helps lift the cup higher into the chamber, ensuring the cap receives the proper heat for notification.

You can also try the priming technique with the adapter adjusted as well.

Tips about the caps that everyone should know

Facts about our Caps! 

  • Did your cap come with some discoloration around the edges? This is normal and from the laser cutting the cap shape. Here is a video explaining the dark edges. 
  • All of our caps are made with stainless steel.
  • Each cap will vary from the other. Some click once, and with some, you might experience two clicks. 
  • The Cap is unlike any other vaporizer, so give it a few tries empty to get the feel of its unique temperature-indicating click.
  • Heat the Cap in a quiet area, listen, and feel, so you know what you are looking for. If you are using a torch lighter, this should not take more than 5 or 6 seconds. Overheating will darken or dissipate the color of your cap quicker. As well as any oils on your fingers left on the cap with heat will cause the cap to lose color.

The PVD coating on the caps, especially the Rosium, is the thinnest coating, only a couple of microns thick.

Once heated, the bond of the coating can break down. This is why overheating will change the color drastically or discolor the caps. Regular heating shouldn't change it much.

There will be some patina development and minor changes. There will be minor changes in color irrespective of the heat source. You will notice the color change more drastically with a torch, it is less noticeable with an induction heater, but it still does happen.

HOW TO SEND US A RETURN:

First please send us a return request. After you request has been accepted you will be provided instructions for the return.

Once we receive and accept the return, a refund will be processed. Once the refund is processed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to be returned to the card used for purchase. 


WARRANTY CLAIMS

If you have any problem with something you purchased from DynaVap.com, please reach out to Customer Support  immediately so we can help you with a resolution. Customers may be required to send a photo(s) and video(s) and may have to send the product back for inspection.

It is important to note that nothing lasts forever or handles every abuse. The following conditions apply regardless of when you made your purchase.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged by misuse, negligence, improper care
  • Products showing extreme abuse or unusual wear and tear
  • Products lost or damaged through natural disasters, fire, accidents, drops, or personal misplacement
  • Products with missing parts or pieces, or brands we don’t sell
  • Products sold in multiples, such as 3-packs, but returned individually
  • Products that have been contaminated or soiled beyond a reasonable expectation
  • Repetitive abuse of our return policy
  • Minor imperfections with the coloring on any of the colored devices

GIFTS 

If you are purchasing as a gift, please keep your proof of purchase. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and you do not have proof of purchase, you will receive store credit. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be emailed to you for the current price of the item.

DynaVap Bundles

If you purchased a product as part of a bundle, you may receive partial credit based on the bundle pricing.

How to Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of DynaVap.com navigation to log into your account and request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Locate the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items and quantity that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note (if applicable).

5. Click Request Return.

  • If your return request is approved you will be responsible for the return shipping. You will be provided instructions to send the order back.
  • To quickly refund you for your order please include your order number on the outside of the package. Drop your returned items at the shipper of your choice. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of the order. Our fulfillment department operates Monday – Friday 9-4CST. Except for national holidays, at which time the fulfillment department will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7-10 business days or less. These times may vary.

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 – 15 days. These items may vary depending on the shipping destination and the chosen shipping option.

Change Of Delivery Address

Please verify the delivery address before placing your order. We can change the address at any time before the order has a tracking number attached. Once the tracking number is attached we can no longer make any changes, please contact us so we can contact the delivery service and work with you and get you your package. 

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time or if your package does not arrive within 72 hours after receiving the delivery confirmation, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

DynaVap does ship internationally, with a few exceptions. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Zonos calculates duty fees and taxes, and we cannot make any adjustments to these fees. To know what the fees will cost you beforehand, add items to your cart, before checking out, for an estimate.

Countries DynaVap does not ship Retail Orders to Russia, Serbia, Brazil, Mexico, India, Turkey, Thailand, Venezuela

CARRIERS

Domestic (USA) shipments ship via USPS or UPS.

International shipments ship via DHL or USPS.

For any orders being delivered through a freight forwarding service, we are not responsible for any delivery issues that may occur. Any orders returned will be refunded except for the shipping fee. If the package is confiscated and not returned, no refund will be issued.

**International orders that are refused by a customer at Customs will NOT be refunded. Please know your country's duty & tax rates before your order is placed. No refund will be offered in these refusal cases.**

With our Package Protection, there’s no need to wait weeks (or longer) for claims to be processed by shipping carriers. For only ~3.5% of the package value, protect 100% of your parcel and receive a replacement as soon as we receive your claim.

WHAT WE DEEM AS LOST OR STOLEN:

The carrier status states "delivered", but you have not received it. Depending on where you live, we ask that you allow up to 10 business days for United States domestic shipments (15 days for international shipments, including Canada) for your parcel to be delivered. 

Sometimes the carrier prematurely marks your package as delivered and tries a redelivery, please allow 48 hours before contacting Customer Support. 

WHAT WE DEEM AS DAMAGED GOODS:

Items arrive damaged in transit - the product is dented, scratched, or contains a broken element. This does not include product packaging. Some of your order is missing due to the package opening and being lost in transit. If your product is damaged, you have seven (7) days from the confirmed delivery date to report damage with photographic evidence.

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:

Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you. Delays in transit, are the responsibility of carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. This may be due to inventory issues or order delays. Orders stuck in customs - we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with your courier and pay the required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees and these will be deducted from your refund.

ORDER ISSUE INQUIRIES 

If something is missing from the order, customers will be required to send a picture of everything that was received in the order as well as the packing slip (options available will be decided by the customer service representative based on the issue) to reship the missing item or refund.

We are not able to make any changes to orders once they are processed. If you need to modify an order and you have not received tracking information, please contact customer service. The order will be canceled and refunded so a new order can be placed by you with the updated items.  

If the order has been processed and you have received tracking information, and a modification was needed, a separate order may need to be made for the additional item(s). If you need to remove an item from the order, the order will need to be delivered, and the item(s) will need to be sent back for a refund. Please refer to our return policy.

We cannot accept any requests to swap out or add any additional items placed in the notes section of your order.

If you have tracked your order and the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you are not able to locate it please start by doing the following:

  1. Please check all areas around your home, or with an apartment office to make sure you have exhausted all efforts to locate the shipment.
  2. Allow 48 hours from the delivery scan to allow the carrier to deliver your order. 
  3. Contact the shipping provider ( USPS, UPS, DHL) and see if they can assist you with tracking your shipment.
  4. If you are still not able to locate the shipment after this time has passed please reach out to DynaVap Customer Support for available solutions.
